Domaine de Nizas
2007 Rosé
Coteaux du Languedoc
France

The Languedoc region of France represents great value in wine. The 2007 Domaine de Nizas Rosé is a blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. This terroir treasure, shows fresh berry flavors of cherry and strawberry, beautifully balanced with a harmony usually found in wines that are much more expensive. This is a summertime wine that not only looks beautiful in the glass, but is a warm welcome as an aperitif when guests arrive, and has the body to match with many courses such as grilled poultry, meats, veggies, pizzas, and cheese on a pleasant summer day.
