This limited bottling is a wine of complexity with a nose of fresh fruit scents, an undertone of butterscotch and vanilla and a rich creamy texture. The flavor profile fills your mouth with exotic spice, yet is remarkably crisp with a long clean finish. A wonderful match with shellfish, cream sauce based fish or poultry dishes, or an ideal mate with runny cow cheese such as ripe Brie or Camembert at the end of a meal.
